Terms & Conditions & Cancellation policy

• Dogs will be walked off lead unless specified otherwise

• Unneutered dogs will not be accepted if any signs of aggression and/or humping are shown

• Group walks are an hour excluding travel time

• If a walk is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice full payment will be required

• By law it is required all dogs wear collars with your information and are microchipped with up to date information

• All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worming treatment

• Name of vet practice must be given to Jax & Co before a service can commence

• The Dog Walker is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in Jax & Co's care.

• By using Jax & Co you are agreeing to all T&Cs.

                                              Cancellation Policy

Walks 

​

Walking slots can be cancelled within 48 hours notice for their to be no charge.

If the slot is cancelled within the 48 hour period then the full amount for the walk will still be charged

 

Dog Sitting

​

- All dog sits must give MINIMUM notice of 7 days for cancellation

- If cancelled within those 7 days, the full rate will be charged

                                                      Late Payments 

​

Walks -

​

-Payment for walks must be made within 48 hours of a walk taking place. After this a fee of £2 a day will be charged until payment is made.

 

Dog sits - 

 

-Payment for overnight dog sits must be made 5 days before the first night of stay. After this a fee of £5 a day will be charged until payment is made.
